We're organising this gathering because we believe it's to reimagining and reshaping work/labour is a crucial topic for the future of our society. Our environment, society, and policies are undergoing significant transformations, and the recent wave of strikes in various sectors has brought the need for change to a boiling point. As we navigate these shifts, it's clear that the traditional notions of work are no longer sustainable, and it's time for a collective effort to co-create a new vision for work that prioritizes well-being, equity, and fulfillment.
